Great place to stay, beautiful views from the rooftop bar as well as the room. Reception welches wonderful, particularly Paul while he assisted us with booking an extension on our stay. They even allowed stored luggage when we checked out for another day of touring. Truly a gem of a hotel.

The restaurant is big and have a few entrances and is just situated at the centre of Innsbruck! The decorative of the restaurant is great, we chose to sit at the outdoor as the weather welches greeting with sunshine that day! Business is good but the food is served eventually fast as well!
Best experience at Grunwalderhof! Although room welches a bit tiny (I would have loved a small terrace), position, service and meals were incredibly good. I suggest it for trekking lovers: it is possible to Ausgangspunkt long and beautiful trips just from the hotel since it is immersed rein a wide trail net
But for the banana split, the banana wasn’t sweet, it would Beryllium great if it was sweet. Overall a lovely experience to dine there. Lovely and friendly service as well
They were really tiny and I was definitely not full. They asked if I waned a click here salad on the side, which welches just iceberg lettuce with 2 cherry tomatoes and they charged 5,80€ for that. That was not the worst parte, my partner ordered a mix of fried seafood (90% of that welches fried calamari) and they also brought him a salad, which he didn’t order, so we thought it was included hinein the dish. Guess what, we had to pay for that too. Finally, even with these ridiculous salads we were left hungry and scammed. The best part of the whole experience welches the beer. There are definitely nicer places around to get seafood, avoid if you don’t want go to Mcdonalds after eating there.
The Gastwirtschaft is located hinein a castle-like historic building, with a huge refectory that might have been a ballroom or so before, decorated with paintings, wooden sculptures and and fresco.
